What does the training cover?

Two days, virtual, before they ever knock a door. We cover the basics of insurance roofing, what storm damage looks like, the canvasser's role versus the sales rep's role, the script, objection handling, professional appearance, safety, and what to do when they identify a real opportunity. The goal is a canvasser who shows up Day 1 knowing how the game works.

Are these your employees, or mine?

Yours. Roof Recruit doesn't employ the canvasser, doesn't pay them, and doesn't manage them in the field. Once we hand them off, the working relationship is between you and them.

What if a placement doesn't work out?

Every engagement includes a replacement window. If a placement doesn't last that window, we replace them at no additional cost. We commit to the deliverable — a screened, trained candidate ready for handoff — not to a specific outcome on the doors, since performance there comes down to your team, your territory, and the canvasser. The exact length of the window is set when we scope your engagement.

Do you only work with insurance-focused roofers?

That's our specialty. The training is built around insurance-driven roof replacement and siding work. We can place canvassers for retail roofing too, but the candidates we source are calibrated for insurance work.

Where do you operate?

We recruit nationally and train virtually, so geography isn't a constraint on placement. If you have a market, we can recruit in it.

Do you take a cut of deals or commissions?

No. Roof Recruit is a flat-fee or retainer service. We don't take a percentage of jobs sold, leads generated, or commissions paid. Once a canvasser is placed, the economics of that relationship are entirely yours.
